Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! For eligible orders, free shipping is available for destinations in select countries starting at 500 Euros, while for others, the minimum order amount for complimentary shipping is 750 Euros. Please check our shipping policy for more details on qualifying regions

Will you have new products as they release?

We will typically have new products shortly after the release date as we have to wait for our shipments to arrive from our corporate facility located in the United States. 

I received a discount code, how long will it be valid?

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes and coupons are valid for 6 months from the moment they are handed out. 

Can I sell my cards or unopened boxes to you?

Yes, we are actively buying cards and unopened boxes. Please send clear pictures & a full list of the inventory you are willing to sell to Please be sure to include the value you are looking to get per card, unopened box. All offers will be processed and we will inform you if we are interested in the product.

What is your return policy?

Unopened boxes & cases can be returned within 14 days, no questions asked. However, Dave & Adam's reserves the right to ban any customer who we believe to be abusing this policy. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. The customer is responsible for the return of the package.
