How Do Pre-Orders Work?
- Pre-order this product and it will ship on the manufacturer's release date. You will find the release date in the product description.
- Manufacturer release dates are subject to change without notice. You will not be notified by us if the said release date changes.
- If you pre-order multiple items with different release dates, your items will not ship until the last item has been released. Also products that already are available will be held until the last item has been released.
- Released pre-sell ship either a few days before the release date to be delivered on release day or releases are shipped on release day. *Note this depends on when the manufacturer delivers the product to us.
- Pre-order items must be paid for upfront on the website; without successful payment, the item will not be reserved
What is the Dave and Adam's Pre-Order Guarantee?
If you pre-order a product from us and we lower the pre-order price, contact us, and we'll refund the difference! Contacting us is your responsibility. We also guarantee that all pre-orders will be fulfilled. Buy with confidence!
In the very rare occurrence that there is a production issue and a manufacturer is forced to cut production numbers, we will do our best to work with the customer to find the best possible solution. However, there may be certain instances beyond our control where we are unable to come to a solution.
